This celebration has been declared of Regional Touristic Interest. Besides, it is the same day that the magic night of San Juan takes place. Some parades of children and adults are made and there are many recreations of the medieval period with colour, historical machines and music.
Besides, some activities are organised, the most important ones are the ‘mora y cristiana’, ‘escalada al Torreón de Don Juan de Austria’, ‘el auto del nombramiento de un caballero cristiano’, ‘el fuego de arcabucería’, ‘la lucha entre ambos bandos’ and ‘la gran mascletá’. During these days a medieval market is organised in the Plaza de Santa María.
